2006 Book Exhibitor Information

Welcome to the GSA Site for Book Exhibitors at the Thirtieth Annual GSA Conference!

Book exhibitors were very pleased with our arrangements with the hotel in Milwaukee last year, and we hope to do as well for you this year in Pittsburgh. Early in the Spring, GSA will post information about the Book Exhibit area and about the registration procedure for Book Exhibitors. Then, GSA will post the Book Exhibitor Registration Online Forms, and you will be able to register for book exhibit tables online.

Kindly understand that GSA does not accept American Express, but only MasterCard and Visa. However, it is also possible to pay for tables by check. This is also possible online. How? You simply go through the process and select "pay by check." You may print out your own invoice.

There will also be a change in the procedure from previous years. In the past, GSA rates were by table, and exhibitors had so and so many exhibit personnel per so and so many tables. This proved to be very complicated to administer, and we did find that some exhibitors who did not want previously ordered tables tried to resell them, and this made the per table personnel more complicated, and, and. Therefore, we have changed the system to make it easier both for exhibitors and for the GSA.

Exhibit personnel will register for the Conference at the GSA Member rate. Each person will need to register and pay the registration fee. Tables will be available at the rate of $175 per table.
