GSA Travel Discounts and Booking Service

With the world of travel booking changing constantly, associations can no longer negotiate special discounts with airlines. We are lucky if the airlines stay aloft and do not go bankrupt. However, some associations of our size still can offer assistance in booking through a travel agency with which we have no formal affiliation, but which has served GSA members well in the past.

Therefore, GSA can say that it has had very good experiences with SIGNATURE DESTINATIONS of Phoenix, Arizona, a travel agency affiliated with CARLSON/WAGONS-LITS. Do get on their list for e-mail notification of specials. The agency has guaranteed GSA that they will offer the best fares available, and the best car rental fees available.

We are trying to serve GSA members in every way possible. SIGNATURE has also agreed to assist GSA members in booking transatlantic tickets at low fares, and they can give good service for all of your travel needs. All of this helps. The more tickets GSA members book through SIGNATURE, the more we can show the individual airlines that GSA has a meaningful traffic flow.

How to book your airline ticket or car rental:

Call SIGNATURE at 1-800-486-6884. Call Monday through Friday at business hours in Mountain Standard Time. Or, you can reach an agent directly by e-mail. Two of the agents available to you are wally@signaturedestinations.com and angie@signaturedestinations.com. You can also ask for them when you call.

You can have an e-mail copy of your booking, and an e-ticket will ensure that you do not have anything to lose. Just go to the airline ticket counter at your airport when you are ready to leave, and the boarding pass will be issued when you show a picture ID. Don't forget to give the SIGNATURE agent your frequent flyer number.
