Welcome to the GSA Site for Book Exhibitors

After our positive experiences in San Diego and St. Paul, in 2009 we shall again arrange for exhibit space to be close to the conference registration desk and in an area that is guaranteed to maximize visibility and traffic.  Specifically, the exhibit area at the Crystal Gateway Marriott will be located in an L-shaped area on the mezzanine level, directly adjacent to conference registration and close to one of the ballrooms.

Each exhibitor will need to pay the table rental fee. Individual exhibit personnel will not need to register for the conference itself. Tables will be available at the rate of $150 per table. Kindly understand that GSA does not accept American Express, but only MasterCard and Visa. However, it is also possible to pay for tables by check.  Please send your checks to:

Set-up will take place on THURSDAY, OCTOBER 8, from 12 noon until 3:00 p.m.  Exhibit times are:

Thursday, October 8:  3:00 - 6:00 p.m.

Friday, October 9:  8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Saturday, October 10:  8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Sunday, October 11:  8:00 a.m. - 12 noon

Here is information from the hotel regarding shipment and storage:

Storage Fees:

The Crystal Gateway Marriott Hotel will only accept packages (3) three days prior to your function date and we must be made aware of such deliveries in writing. Packages delivered more than (3) days before your function date will be assessed a storage fee. The storage fee prices are as follows:

* Pallets- $75.00 per day.
* Crates- $100.00 per day.
* Exhibit cases- $10.00 per case per day.
* 10 or more boxes- $5.00 per day, per 10 boxes.
* Tube and Poster Cases $5.00 a day per Tube and Case
* Boxes (40lbs+) $5.00 a Box per day.
* Boxes - $3.00 a Box per day.

The Crystal Gateway Marriott will not assume any responsibility for the damage or loss of merchandise sent to the Hotel for storage.

Handling Fees:

* All groups of (50) fifty rooms or more, the first (10) boxes are complimentary.
* All groups of (49) forty-nine rooms or less, the first (3) boxes are complimentary.
* There will be a $5.00 per box in and out thereafter unless the Box is 40lbs or over the charge will be $10.00 per Box.
* Tubes and Poster cases- $20.00 per Case.
* Exhibit Cases- $40.00 per Case
* Pallets- $100.00 per Pallet
* Crates- $150.00 per Crate
