Welcome to the GSA Site for Book Exhibitors

DOWNLOADABLE FORMS FOR BOOK EXHIBITORS

After our positive experiences in San Diego, St. Paul, and Wahington, D.C., in 2010 we shall again arrange for exhibit space to be close to the conference registration desk and in an area that is guaranteed to maximize visibility and traffic. 

Specifically, the exhibit area at the Oakland Marriott City Center will be located in a wide corridor on the first floor, in the Convention Center lobby, directly adjacent to conference registration and in front of the East Hall ballroom, where the GSA luncheons and banquet will take place.

Each exhibitor will need to pay the table rental fee. Individual exhibit personnel will not need to register for the conference itself. Tables will be available at the rate of $150 per table. Kindly understand that GSA does not accept American Express, but only MasterCard and Visa. However, it is also possible to pay for tables by check.  Please send your checks to:

Thursday, October 7:  3:00 - 6:00 p.m.

Friday, October 8:  8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Saturday, October 9:  8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Sunday, October 10:  8:00 a.m. - 12 noon

 

PLEASE NOTE THAT A PROPER HOTEL SHIPPING LABEL MUST BE USED, AND THAT EACH EXHIBITOR MUST REQUEST PROPER BILLING OR CREDIT AUTHORIZATION.  TO RECEIVE COPIES OF THESE FORMS, PLEASE E-MAIL THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE GSA, PROF. DAVID E. BARCLAY (director@thegsa.org).

All shipments received within three (3) days or 72 hours of function dates will be charged receiving and handling fee as follows:

Crates                                    $65.00 each

Exhibit Cases                           $10.00 each

Tube and Poster Cases              $  5.00 each

Boxes (40lbs. and up)                $10.00 each

Boxes (40 lbs. below)                $  5.00 each

All packages received more than three (3) days or 72 hours prior to function days will be charged a storage fee (in addition to the receiving & handling fee) as follows:

Exhibit Cases                            $10.00 each per day
