Conference Registration

You will be guided through the following checklist when making your reservations and registration options for this year's Conference.

PROFILE ACCOUNT - Whether you plan on becoming a full GSA member or simply registering for the Conference, you will be required to create on online GSA Profile Account using your email address as your login along with a password that you select.

JOINT MEMBERSHIP - If you have a JOINT MEMBERSHIP, you MUST purchase a CONFERENCE REGISTRATION for EACH of you. During the Conference Registration step of the process, be sure to indicate "2" Registrations to Add To Cart.

GSA MEMBERSHIP - Consider becoming a GSA member. In addition to regular communications, newsletters, and a subscription to our journal, membership provides discounted rates at GSA Conferences.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS - Hotel Reservations are made directly by yourself. A special link at the end of the ordering process will provide to you with special discounted rates. It is up to you to pay for lodging directly with the hotel. Payment for lodging is not included in the registration process. Please do not contact the GSA about your hotel registration.
Although you can only receive the special GSA rate by first registering for the Conference, the GSA does not handle hoyel reservations or arrangements itself.

MEALS - A variety of meal options can be purchased

AUDIOVISUAL - Anyone who has been approved for use of LCD projectors in one of the Pacific Salon rooms will be required to pay a rental fee of $35.

EXHIBITORS - Table reservation and payment option are provided.

SPECIAL FUNDS - The GSA welcomes your contributions in any amount to the Endowment and Sybil Milton Prize Funds. These can be included directly in your Conference Registration fees.

ITEMS YOU WILL NEED - A VISA or MasterCard credit card including your billing address and special CVV Number (the number located near the end of your signature line on the reverse side of your card Examples). We can only accept Visa or MasterCard.

If you are not currently logged in, you will be taken to the login page where you will also have the opportunity to create on online Profile Account with the GSA if you do not already have one.
