Registration for the 2026 GSA conference in Phoenix will open on May 15, 2026.

- Hotel booking: Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email containing the link to book your hotel room at the discounted GSA group rate (see below). Please check your spam folder if you don't receive the confirmation email with a few minutes of registering. The email sender will appear as "The German Studies Association" but come from <contact@transaction.mailer.zeffy.com>.

- Luncheons: $60 (including all tax and service charges)
- Banquet: $70 (including all tax and service charges)
- Exhibitor table: $400.00 for one table / $300 per table if purchasing multiple tables

- Independent scholars, adjunct faculty, graduate students: $75.00 (after 7/1/2026: $80.00)
