2026 GSA Annual Conference Registration Now Open!

Dear Members and Friends of the GSA,

We are happy to announce that the registration portal is now open for our 50th annual conference in Phoenix, AZ, taking place from 24 to 27 September 2026. Your emailed receipt from Zeffy will include a link to reserve your room at the discounted GSA conference rate at the Hyatt Regency Phoenix, so make sure to check your spam folders if you don’t see it in your inbox.

After you select the dates and room on the conference hotel registration page, you may request an accessible room and include other notes for the hotel. Please note that there is a limited number of accessible rooms; if you require an accessible room, we recommend booking it as soon as possible and getting in touch with us directly if you have any questions. You may reserve a room at the group rate by using the link in your confirmation email until August 26, although we may reach capacity for our room block sooner, so it is best to book as soon as you can.

We have updated our conference webpage to include new information for GSA 2026 participants, including meal and registration rates and presentation guidelines. There will be more conference information coming throughout the summer. You will also find a link to the preliminary schedule housed on our OpenWater site.

Please check the preliminary schedule carefully. We have worked hard to accommodate all received requests regarding scheduling, including honoring the order of panels in series. If you wish to submit a correction (e.g. to your listed institutional affiliation), please complete this form. No changes will be made to the program after June 30.

As you register, please consider donating to our Community Fund or purchasing a meal ticket for a GSA graduate student.

Thank you to the Program Committee volunteers for all their hard work putting together this program!

Enjoy your summer, and we look forward to seeing you in Phoenix in September,

Margaret E. Menninger
